Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or verified partners.
  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due at check-in.

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guest Conduct

  • We expect guests to respect the property and surroundings.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.
  • Loud music or parties are not permitted without prior approval.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Modification of Terms

  • Kodaikanal Homestay reserves the right to change these terms without notice.

Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in or no-shows: No refund

Modifications

  • Date modifications are allowed up to 5 days before check-in, subject to availability.
  • No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
